These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Claire and its related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

By accessing or using Claire, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Claire provides a project and task management platform that helps individuals and teams organize their work. We may add, change, or remove features at any time and may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. User Accounts
To use most features you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with other users, or using the service to distribute malware or spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Claire and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Claire and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, which will apply to subsequent billing periods.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
